What Our Client Wanted:
Braidalicious Beauty UK faced significant challenges with their booking process. The manual system of handling bookings through Instagram was not only time-consuming but also required constant follow-ups for client deposits. To address these issues, we worked with her to create an Acuity customised booking site, tailored to meet Braidalicious Beauty UK's specific needs. Our goal was to automate and simplify the entire booking process, making it easy for clients to schedule appointments and pay deposits directly through the site.

Project Timeline:
The booking site was completed within five working days, however our client wanted to push the launch date forward so we finalised the project a few weeks later.
The Outcome:
The new Acuity customised booking site transformed Braidalicious Beauty UK's booking experience. No more chasing deposits or managing bookings manually - the entire process is now automated, allowing her to focus on her passion for hair styling. All she has to do now is to update her availability in her Acuity calendar, and confirm mobile hair bookings whenever she receives an appointment request by email, using the Acuity app or her online account to manage appointments.
