Acuity Booking Site Customisation + Set Up

• An acuity account and subscription (we will send you more details to help you set up an account as we work on your project). This is for you to have your own account to host your booking site which you will continue to use after we complete your project.

Send an enquiry to info@kokaibranding.co.uk or send us your details using the contact form on our home page. We will contact you by email with a Statement of Work including your project details and quote. We will also send you a form to upload and fill out information for the content you'd like us to use, such as images, service/product information, and other business details.

We will begin to work on completing your booking site, and we will send you instructions on how to subscribe to Acuity.

Due to the nature of this package, all sales are final. Purchasing this package means you are agreeing to this no-refund policy. Your monthly/annual payments to Acuity to host your site can be amended/cancelled at any time with the third-party provider. 

Yes, we offer technical support to make amends to your site after it has been built which is charged at an hourly rate. You will also be able to edit your site from your Acuity account. 

*Please note this does not include re-designs as this is a separate services. There'll be a separate charge for booking site re-designs and additional services.
